At Discount Home Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a fixture doesn't perfectly illuminate your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Fixture

Ensure the lighting fixture is in its original, uninstalled condition and packed securely in its original manufacturer packaging with all hardware included.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided shipping label or your own prepaid label to the outer box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
